It pays to be handy in the kitchen and have a creative culinary brain.

I have been on Dr Esselstyn's plant based diet for 6 months now and really enjoy - http://www.heartattackproof.com/
I have set up this blog to hopefully generate some sort of a support group. I would like to hear from anybody who is interested in Dr Esseltyn's research, perhaps you are on the diet as well?

  1. Hi! i've heard of that diet before but never known where to start. id need to rethink all of my cooking! would definitely help if the diet was more well known in NZ. well done for the past 6 months! i bet your feeling great for it

  2. Hi thanks for your comment. The best way for you to find out more is by going to Esselstyn's website - it explains all. Yes you do have to rethink your meals, but I find that exciting and challenging. Let me know if you decide to give it a crack and I will post some recipes.
